Ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including but not limited to the representation of developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and equity investors in real estate acquisitions, development, finance and management.

Candidate should have an understanding and be comfortable managing a leasing or purchase transaction. Extensive experience with commercial leasing, reviewing and negotiation of purchase/sale contracts, title and due diligence, loan documents, etc is required.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications & Prior Experience: Active Bar License 4+ years of commercial real estate experience Salary Range: $175,000+ Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. While our firm does not have a billable hour requirements, candidates should expect to bill around 1400 to be eligible for annual bonus.
