Qualifications:

- 3+ years of prior litigation practice or prior legal experience.
- Insurance litigation work exposure desirable.
- Strong trial skills and techniques.
- Ability to clearly articulate positions and analyze legal issues.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative team player.
- Personal commitment to professional development.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) in which representation is required.
- Valid driver's license (depending on location).

- Annual base salary range is nationwide market range.
