Key Responsibilities: - Develop and apply effective trial skills and techniques to litigate cases to verdict. - Conduct legal research and present persuasive arguments in court. - Supervise research projects and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. - Provide case analysis and recommendations to clients and partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients. - Utilize technology and case management systems efficiently. - Travel as needed to meet business needs. - Provide training and advice to colleagues and clients. - Adhere to best practices in file handling. - Continuously develop technical skills to handle high complexity cases. - Demonstrate a sense of urgency and responsiveness. Qualifications: - 3+ years of prior litigation practice or prior legal experience. - Insurance litigation work exposure desirable. - Strong trial skills and techniques. - Ability to clearly articulate positions and analyze legal issues. - Commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Collaborative team player. - Personal commitment to professional development. - Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. - Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) in which representation is required. - Valid driver's license (depending on location).
