Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm, is seeking a Professional Liability Associate to join our New York practice. This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $165,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, be admitted to practice in New York, and have a strong background in civil litigation, including general liability, professional liability, and insurance defense. Dual admittance in Connecticut is highly desirable.

The Position:
- Professional Liability Associate
- Full-time position
- Represent licensed professionals in a variety of professional liability matters
- Participate in general litigation matters
- Engage in various stages of the litigation process
- Work with key client teams
- Deliver results for both clients and the firm

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Familiarity with conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in civil litigation, particularly in general liability, professional liability, and insurance defense
- Dual admittance in Connecticut is highly desirable
