Job Title: Real Estate Associate
Experience: 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist with community development, affordable housing, and tax credit transactions
- Negotiate, manage, and close acquisitions, dispositions, and related financings
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in transactions
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality

Requirements:
- Must be admitted to practice in Ohio or have the ability to waive into the Ohio bar
- Experience with tax credits is preferred but not required
- Strong transactional skills and experience with negotiating and managing real estate transactions
- Excellent academic background and legal research and writing skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative
