Key Responsibilities:

- Making presentations to groups of elders at senior centers and other venues
- Preparing and filing applications for MassHealth and other government benefit programs for elders
- Assisting clients with asset restructuring and related issues
- Preparing estate planning and asset protection documents

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder law
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues to groups of seniors
- Experience with MassHealth and other government benefit programs for elders
- Familiarity with asset restructuring and estate planning
- Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the Massachusetts bar
