This position offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of sophisticated clients in the environmental and energy industries. Our nationwide practice includes developers, financial institutions, energy companies, manufacturers, private equity funds, Indian tribes, state agencies, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience and a strong background in litigation and/or regulatory matters regarding federal and state environmental laws. Experience in environmental permitting, renewable energy development, environmental due diligence, environmental enforcement actions, and contaminated properties is also preferred.

As an associate attorney, you will have a significant amount of direct client contact, requiring excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. A New York bar or Washington, . license is required for this position.
