Duties:

- Provide legal advice and counsel on labor and employment law matters.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and settlement proposals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on labor law issues.
- Prepare and present cases before administrative agencies and courts.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Must be and remain licensed to practice law in the state of residence, in good standing.
- Completion of formal studies in labor law preferred.
- 2+ years of labor law/employment experience.
- Outstanding academic record preferred.
