Bricker Graydon, a leading law firm, is looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in corporate law, including contracts, corporate governance, tax, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters
- Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Represent clients in court proceedings

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
