Eckert Seamans, a nationally recognized law firm with over 65 years of success, is seeking a qualified Financial Services Litigation Associate for their White Plains office. With a network of 15 offices and 300 lawyers, Eckert Seamans provides clients with proactive, solution-oriented counsel in both business and litigation matters.

The Role:
- Represent financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters
- Handle class action litigation and court experience
- Conduct depositions and oral arguments
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Strong writing and research skills required
- Admission to New York bar is a must

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of financial services litigation experience
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations and practices
- Enthusiastic work attitude
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $164, to $195,. However, the final offer will be determined based on various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
