Experience and Responsibilities:

- Licensed Associate Attorney with 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Experience in insurance coverage (preferred)
- Interested in gaining experience in various practice areas
- Independently manage a caseload from beginning to end
- Attend court hearings in multiple counties and courthouses
- Monitor case files and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct research and analyze legal sources
- Assist with document review
- Deposition experience required
