**Job Description**

Law Firm is seeking an associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in private equity mergers & acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or corporate transactions
- Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A desire to learn and grow professionally

**Responsibilities**

- Represent private equity firms and/or strategic buyers in mergers & acquisitions transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
- Advise clients on legal and business matters related to mergers & acquisitions
- Develop relationships with clients
- Participate in the due diligence process
- Manage multiple transactions and deadlines

**Qualifications**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
