The Role: - Oversee multiple engagement teams for a wide range of sophisticated clients. - Clients may include some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts, and Estates. - Engage in business development activities such as preparing proposals, presenting in webinars, and collaborating with other service lines. - Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and stay updated on legislative changes. - Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns. - Draft technical tax memoranda. - Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate interns, associates, and senior associates. - Receive formal PCS and on-the-job training from top tax leaders. Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm. - At least 3 years of Private Client experience. - Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. - Advanced credential allowing for IRS client representation, such as CPA or JD. - Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Proficient use of technology. - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
