The Position

As a Senior Employment and Labor Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and representing clients in a variety of employment and labor claims. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience to join a dynamic office within a national law firm.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in Georgia
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with general liability and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action cases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience (helpful)
- Trial experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Employment and Labor Attorney, you will:

- Independently manage a caseload from start to finish
- Represent clients in various employment and labor claims
- Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
- Attend court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
