Privacy Policy Legal Accessibility Statement Principal Analyst, Dispute Resolution Services Training Summary: The Principal Analyst, Dispute Resolution Services Training is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating training modules for key regional job categories within the Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) department. This individual will also train new regional hires, provide just-in-time training on new rules and policies, and conduct refresher training on identified topics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years of experience in the alternative dispute resolution field, with a preference for a Law degree. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing FINRA arbitration cases and designing and delivering training programs.
