Job Description:

The Law Firm of Clausen Miller . is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Florida team. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely or hybrid in one of their offices. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience handling first party property defense and/or casualty/liability defense matters. A is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle first party property defense and/or casualty/liability defense matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on cases
- Manage a large caseload and meet deadlines
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate a solid work ethic and commitment to the firm's values

Qualifications:
