Attorney - Litigation Department (Dallas, TX) - Zwicker & Associates, .

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
- Draft, review, and file legal documents
- Advocate for client's interests in litigation settings
- Utilize internal software to update and document account status
- Analyze and process litigation reports and files
- Comply with client and firm procedures
- Ability to travel to courtrooms as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Admission to practice law in Texas
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage a large caseload

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least one year of litigation/trial experience
- Working knowledge of civil procedure
- Debt collection experience
- Prior experience in a high-volume environment

Physical Qualifications:

- Able to lift five pounds or more
- Able to sit for 90% of the work day
- Able to bend and move as needed
- Able to read and comprehend documents
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Able to travel occasionally
- Able to operate a computer or equivalent device
- Able to work a 40-hour flexible schedule
