The Quarles & Brady LLP law firm is seeking a Business Law Associate with a focus on franchise transactions. This position is available in multiple locations including Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Naples, Tucson, Madison, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Tampa, and Washington .

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in transactional franchise law. Excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, and experience in drafting and analyzing legal documents are required. The candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively with both lawyers and non-lawyers, both within and outside of the firm.
