Job Title:
Corporate Paralegal - Agile

Department:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various requests to support the corporate legal department, including contract review and management, compliance training, legal projects management, and responding to subpoenas.
- Manage the contract review and intake processes.
- Create and/or manage agreements, data, documents, and information.
- Develop online compliance trainings.
- Review legal and business-related documents for potential legal concerns and provide advice.
- Liaise with outside counsel.
- Draft internal memos, summaries, reports, and other correspondence.
- Prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various departments.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Proactively make suggestions to improve existing processes and workflows.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous Paralegal experience with a corporate legal department.
- Experience with contract review.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation from an American Bar Association certified paralegal school.
- Ability to support various attorneys and senior paralegals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team environment.
- Ethical with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously without close supervision.
