The candidate will handle motor vehicle/automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities will include trial preparation and trials, as well as day-to-day handling of litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and draft expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
