Responsibilities:
- Oversee diligence on M&A and other transactions
- Represent clients in daily matters, including drafting, revising, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Potential for varied experiences within the practice and building a base of client work

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Immediately transferable skills and strong academic background
- Admitted to the state bar and licensed and in good standing as a notary public

As a Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing diligence on M&A and other transactions, as well as representing clients in daily matters such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong academic background.
