Epstein Becker & Green, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced associate to join our Commercial Litigation practice in either our Columbus or Cincinnati offices. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in the areas of business disputes or healthcare-related litigation.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle various aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, including:
- Interviewing witnesses
- Reviewing electronically stored documents
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Interacting with clients and opposing counsel
- Attending court appearances
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records

* Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience
- Juris Doctorate degree required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Admission to practice law in Ohio is mandatory
