# Job Title: Family Law Senior Attorney

We are looking for a talented Family Law Senior Attorney to join our team of amazing lawyers and support staff. Our firm is a mid-sized law practice that handles criminal, domestic, and civil matters. Our goal is to fight for everyday people stuck in tough situations and to advocate for their constitutional rights to a fair trial and due process.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

* Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland
* Experience in litigation and Domestic Law
* Management experience a plus
* 5 years Family Law required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience in criminal trials, Circuit courts & District Court.

## Responsibilities

As a Family Law Senior Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

* Manage a team of Associates and Legal Support Staff
* Mentor Associates and Legal Support Staff
* Conduct research to advise clients
* Develop litigation and discovery strategies
* Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies
* Comply with all legal standards and regulations
* Court & jury trials

## Compensation

We offer competitive salaries and bonuses, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually based on experience.
