Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a leading national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 30 cities, is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Transactions Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; and Pittsburgh PA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law.

As an Intellectual Property Transactions Associate, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of work, including drafting and negotiating technology agreements, providing client counseling, and handling patent, technology, and licensing-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution or patent litigation in technology areas such as computer, electrical, or mechanical, as well as patent portfolio management expertise.
