Job Summary:
Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team in Downtown Denver. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented legal professionals and gain immediate experience handling complex employment litigation cases. Responsibilities:
- Handle complex employment litigation cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Participate in business development activities
- Mentor and train junior attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

- 2-8 years' experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Trial experience preferred
- Exceptional writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
