Healthcare Transactional Associate
The candidate must have 3-7 years of transactional experience preferably with healthcare private equity experience. Should have experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required. Should be admitted to practice in CA.
