- 7+ years of experience representing corporate debtors, financial institutions, and other creditors.
- Exposure to both creditor and debtor sides and/or handling corporate and real estate matters preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with analytical and creative thinking skills.
