## Patent Attorney
Law Firm is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join its intellectual property practice. This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Attorney located in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, IA. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence and other related legal services.

### Qualifications

- Expertise in Patent Law, Patent Preparation, and Patent Applications
- Experience in patentability and due diligence assessment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork skills with ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Experience with intellectual property litigation is a plus
