## Real Estate Attorney - Florida/ Remote

Clark Hill, PLC is looking for a Florida-based Real Estate Attorney to join our real estate services business unit. This is a part-time, permanent position with no billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate practice experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial finance. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Location within Florida is flexible, as this is a fully remote role.

### Job Description

The Real Estate Attorney will manage commercial and residential real estate matters from the early planning stages through completion and operation. This role will provide services for nearly any real estate-based legal need, including but not limited to:

- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Commercial financing
- Commercial loan modification, foreclosure, workout, and other remedies
- Commercial and residential development
- Condominium and homeowners’ associations
- Land use and zoning
- Leasing
- Property tax assessment
- Real estate litigation and dispute resolution

### Qualifications

- 5+ years of real estate practice experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial finance
- Track record of solid academic credentials, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
