Friedman Vartolo LLP, a leading real estate and default services law firm, is seeking an Entry Level Associate Attorney to join our team in New York City. Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including Summons & Complaint, Dispositive Motions, and responsive pleadings.
- Attend settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings as required.
- Conduct legal research and provide high-quality work for our clients.

Requirements:

- Must be admitted (or pending admission) in New York.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and research skills.
- Prior experience in lender-side default services is a plus, but not required.

Compensation/Benefits:

- Competitive salary with full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, fitness reimbursement, and 401(k) with match.
- $60,000 pre-admission salary and $65,000 post-admission.

Location:

- New York, New York office (Financial District) with the option for remote work until further notice.
