## Job Description
Frier Levitt is currently seeking an experienced Trial Attorney for its Pine Brook, NJ office. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience serving as lead trial counsel, and will be responsible for leading Trial Counsel duties, developing strategies for trials and final hearings in arbitration, conducting depositions of key witnesses, defending depositions of key witnesses, and conducting oral arguments on substantive/dispositive motions. Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.

## Requirements
To qualify for this position, the candidate must have:

* At least 7 years of experience serving as lead trial counsel
* Conducted at least 15 trials as lead counsel
* Certification as a Civil Trial Attorney (a plus)
* Admitted to practice in NY, NJ, and/or PA (other States will be considered so long as there is a willingness to become admitted to NY, NJ or PA)
* Experience performing all of the job responsibilities of the position
* Strong oral communication skills
* Exceptional writing skills
* Team-player mindset
* Strong work ethic

## Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on years of experience and other factors. Frier Levitt also offers a hybrid schedule, a full range of benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (upon eligibility to participate), on-site gym, and opportunities for substantial salary progression based on performance and contributions.
