## Associate Position in Consumer Protection/FTC Team at Law Firm

Law Firm has an immediate opening in its Consumer Protection/FTC team for an associate with 4 to 5+ years of experience in investigations and litigation. This position is available in the Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC offices.

**Job Description:**

* Conduct investigations and litigation related to consumer protection and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
* Handle regular matters before the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection in areas such as marketing and advertising, financial practices, and privacy
* Work closely with the Regional Attorney Hiring Manager and other teams within the Litigation & Trial Practice group

**Requirements:**

* 4 to 5+ years of experience in investigations and litigation
* Previous agency experience in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, or in private practice
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
