The successful candidate will have three to five years of experience in Corporate/Transactional practice and must possess strong communication, technology, and organizational skills with excellent client interface capabilities. Skilled drafting and writing ability is also essential, and commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing experience will be beneficial.
