Associate Attorney The candidate will support two senior partners with varied client services such as personal injury litigation, DWI/criminal defense, family/matrimonial law, estate planning, probate, commercial litigation, and evictions. Duties include counseling clients; drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents; legal research and writing; and court appearances in WNY (currently many are remote, 4-8 hours per week out of the office). Should preferably have several years of experience in general practice or areas specific to practice, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to provide legal services to a diverse client base throughout Western New York. Recent graduates admitted to the NY Bar, with relevant law clerk experience, are also encouraged to apply.
