The candidate must be a member of the California State Bar. Should preferably have experience drafting revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, and all other estate planning documents, in addition, to experience working on post-death trust administrations, probates, and conservatorships. in Taxation or other significant tax background is preferred. Must have superior credentials.
