- State of California: $144,000 - $275,000
- State of Colorado: $132,000 - $236,000
- Jersey City, NJ: $156,000 - $283,000
- State of Massachusetts: $144,000 - $275,000

Experience and Qualifications:

- 10 years of legal docketing experience in a law firm environment

Essential Job Functions:
- Directly supervise and manage the docketing staff and all docket-related services
- Provide direction and oversight of docketing services across the firm
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert to firm leadership
- Identify and analyze docketing technologies and best practices
- Build relationships with and serve as a resource to attorneys
- Collaborate with PSC leaders to ensure compliance with established rules and procedures
- Audit docket entries for accuracy
- Maintain and ensure integrity of docketing databases and systems
- Proactively address docketing concerns
- Lead, supervise, and develop a cohesive team of docketing professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Provide training for new and experienced docketing team members
- Ensure consistent application of firm policy and risk management guidelines
- Stay updated on rule changes and communicate information to relevant parties
- Participate in professional organizations for ongoing education
- Draft and oversee departmental budgets
- Oversee performance reviews and recommendations for salary adjustments
- Direct and oversee hiring, firing, promotions, and positions within the docketing teams
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed
