Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation, review, and filing of company agreements and forms, including corporate governance documents, contracts, and other corporate and transactional matters.
Support the management of subsidiaries, including preparing and maintaining corporate records, obtaining signatures, and organizing and updating electronic and physical files.
Maintain and update entity management software and contract management database.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters, including managing contracts and other legal documents.
Manage legal operations, including budget tracking and invoicing.
Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and other materials as needed.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Legal team.

Salary Information:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as with business team members and external counsel in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-project business environment.
