Compliance Manager - Excellent Opportunity for Experienced Regulatory Professional Job Title: Compliance Manager Experience: Minimum 6 years in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy Salary Range: $89,460 to $127,800 Location: Hybrid workplace model with remote work and 1-2 days in office per week The Compliance Manager at Elevance Health is a crucial role responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence. This position supports the team and management by overseeing projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments. The Compliance Manager will also maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and serve as a subject matter expert for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments - Establish project plans, gap analysis, milestone dates, and provide leadership updates - Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult with clients as a subject matter expert - Conduct complex investigations and document findings - Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders Minimum Requirements: - BA/BS degree and minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy - Strong writing skills - Familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry - MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: - Regulatory change management experience - Legal training or experience researching and analyzing federal or state laws In addition to a competitive salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions.
