Duties:

• Collaborate with other attorneys on labor and employment matters.
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on executive compensation issues.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions related to executive compensation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Experience with executive compensation plans and programs.
• Familiarity with labor and employment laws.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
