Salary Information:

Law Firm is currently seeking a mid-level Labor and Employment associate to join our dynamic and growing team in our Los Angeles office. Our Labor and Employment Department is comprised of over 20 full time attorneys who are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with experience in traditional labor, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA lawsuits to join our team.

As an associate in our Labor and Employment Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex employment litigation matters. You will handle single-plaintiff and class action cases and provide advice to clients on day-to-day employment issues. You will also have the opportunity to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

We are looking for candidates with excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as substantial experience handling employment litigation. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations is also required. Outstanding academic credentials are a must.

Salary for this position ranges from $232,500 to $317,500, depending on experience, skill, and knowledge. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement and paid time off.
