Law Firm Seeking Experienced Corporate Services Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or Maine

Dentons Bingham Greenebaum is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Corporate attorney to join our team. This position can be located in any of our Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or Maine office locations. We are seeking candidates at the Of Counsel/Partner level, but will also consider Senior Associates with demonstrated experience. As a member of our premier Corporate practice in the Midwest, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting and sophisticated matters.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A, gained at a large regional or national law firm. They should also have experience handling routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions. A strong understanding of bank regulatory matters is preferred. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly. A minimum of six years of corporate experience specifically in Securities Reporting, M&A, and Bank Regulatory work is required, as well as excellent academic credentials. The candidate must also be licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine.
