# Senior Associate or Of Counsel – Traditional Labor at Ogletree Deakins

Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with extensive traditional labor law experience to join their expanding practice in Seattle, Washington. This position would allow the right candidate to assume a major role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges.

## Qualifications

* and must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
* At least 5+ years of traditional labor law experience.
* Excellent analytical and writing skills.

## Benefits

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $200,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the following benefits:
