## Job Description

Baird Holm LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join their transactional practice in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in commercial banking, real estate lending, corporate finance, and M&A transactions. The attorney should be highly experienced in drafting and negotiating documents, managing junior attorneys, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
