Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Law Attorney to join our team. This is a high-level position that requires at least 10-15+ years of experience in commercial transactions, including M&A, financing, and corporate legal matters. The successful candidate will be self-directed and thrive with supported autonomy, as well as have the ability to work closely with corporate clients, business unit leaders, and outside advisors.

Responsibilities:

- Manage due diligence, data rooms, and disclosure schedules
- Advise on corporate matters for private and public companies
- Interact with management and work independently
- Distribute work and manage support from associate attorneys and staff
- Market services to prospective clients
- Meet Quarterly Collection Requirements

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice
- 10-15+ years of experience as an attorney

Compensation and Benefits:

- Potential total compensation of $150,000 - $250,000 per year including bonuses
