## Job Description

The Attorney/Lawyer will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence, drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders, corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases, interviewing witnesses for court cases and preparing witnesses to testify, ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared, promptly appearing in court on all cases assigned, handling all aspects of cases assigned to them, performing administrative duties as necessary including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings, and conducting legal research for particular issues.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a . and a Missouri license. Family law experience is preferred but not required. Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience.
