Job Description:
• Full-time position at a civil legal aid law firm in south central Pennsylvania
• Dedicated to providing free legal representation to low-income individuals and victims of domestic and sexual violence
• Consult, advise, and represent income eligible individuals in family law matters, specifically custody and protection from abuse cases
• Understanding of the unique needs of separating families and navigating the legal system
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work with a diverse client population and prioritize responsibilities
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
• Courtroom hearing experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Salary range for 1-4 years of experience is $58,411 - $64,225
• Excellent fringe benefits including health and dental insurance, paid holidays and leave, retirement benefits, and loan repayment assistance
