Job Overview:

Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in Indiana or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits law, preferably in a large law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, tax, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Employee Benefits Law (CEBS) or a similar credential is preferred.

Skills:
