Job Title: Commercial, Technology, and Data Transactional Attorney
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 (commensurate with experience) plus benefits

Job Summary:
- Boutique internet and technology law firm seeking an attorney with technology, IP, and data transactional experience to join our team

Job Responsibilities:
- Thoughtfully draft and negotiate every component of a typical SaaS agreement, including IP provisions and data protection addendum
- Analyze, draft, and counsel on a variety of technology/IP transactions, such as licensing, distribution, and provision of services
- Draft and negotiate data licensing agreements
- Counsel on implications of AI and licensing data and intellectual property
- Draft and negotiate complex IP and technology licensing, outsourcing, and services agreements
- Draft and negotiate agreements with sophisticated data privacy and security implications
- Solve legal problems related to new and emerging technologies
- Draft first-of-a-kind, complex documents and unique agreements without reliance on forms
- Lead negotiations on a wide range of agreements across multiple business verticals
- Demonstrate potential to independently manage projects, interact with clients, and work effectively as a team member
- Write and communicate well, think strategically, and assess risks
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of technology, IP, and data transactional experience
- Barred in the jurisdiction from which you will work
- Strong drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment
- Experience working with clients in various areas, such as technology/IP transactions, data licensing, and AI
- Ability to think strategically and assess risks
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines

Location: Hybrid position available in Washington ., New York, San Francisco, and Chicago
