Are you an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of finance experience? Do you have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement? Law Firm has an opportunity available in the Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders, a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings, experience in closing transactions, and familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 - $345,000. This role offers a full range of elective benefits, including medical, health savings account (with applicable medical plan), dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage, backup care for children and/or adults and other parental support benefits.

H2: Compensation & Benefits
