- Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our firm
- Responsible for providing injured clients with legal advice to successfully win compensation
- Must have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured
- Providing legal support and guidance to clients
- Advising clients on the best behavior to take in their legal matters
- Meeting with clients to understand their concerns and needs
- Finding ethical solutions to legal matters
- Staying informed about current legislation
- Building trustworthy relationships with clients
- Preparing legal documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting clients with the execution of agreements

Requirements:

- Must prioritize client customer service and representation
- Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual/Spanish a plus

Education:

- JD required
- Barred in the State of Position

Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience in Personal Injury Law
- Management experience a plus
- Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases required
