Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of medical malpractice cases, from initial investigation to trial
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
- Attending depositions, hearings, and trials
- Managing a high volume of cases and meeting deadlines

Qualifications:
